After successful payment, our astrologer connects with you within one minute via your preferred channel.
Your personalized astrology guidance, prediction or report is delivered. Service is considered complete at this point.

At iKripa Astrology, we aim to connect users with our astrologers as quickly as possible. After successful payment, our astrologer usually connects within one minute.
✅ In rare cases due to high demand, network issues, or technical reasons, it may take slightly longer. We always notify users if there is any expected delay.
🚫 No Refund After Service Delivery
Once the astrology consultation, prediction, or report has been successfully delivered to the user, the service will be considered complete and no refund will be applicable.
⚠️ This is because digital astrology services are based on the astrologer's time, expertise and personalized effort — which cannot be returned once delivered.
The following situations are not eligible for a refund:
- Service was delivered but user disagreed with the prediction
- User changed their mind after the consultation started
- User did not follow up after astrologer made contact
- Report was delivered but user expected different content
✅ Refund Eligibility
A refund may only be applicable in the following case:
✅ If the user has successfully made a payment but the requested astrology service was not delivered at all.
This is the only scenario in which a refund request will be accepted and processed. All other requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of iKripa Astrology.
📝 How to Request a Refund
If you believe you are eligible for a refund, please follow these steps:

Include your payment receipt, transaction ID, mobile number, and a brief description of the issue.
Our team will verify your request within 24 hours and respond with the outcome.
If approved, your refund is credited to your original payment method within 24–48 hours.
⏱️ Refund Processing Time
If a payment has been made and the service has not been provided, a refund request can be raised by contacting our support team.
🕐 Once verified and approved, refunds are processed within 24 to 48 hours as per standard banking processing timelines. The amount will be credited back to the original payment method used during the transaction.
Please note that depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 3–5 working days for the amount to reflect in your account after we initiate the refund.

Users are responsible for providing accurate and complete details required for the service, including:
- Date of Birth (DD/MM/YYYY)
- Exact Time of Birth
- Place of Birth (city and state)
- Correct contact details for follow-up

The issue will be resolved — either by delivering the service as soon as possible or by processing a full refund — within 24 to 48 hours according to banking standards.
